Banana Flambé

Ingredients
- 3 Bananas sliced in half lengthwise and cut into thirds
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 oz Stirling Going Bananas Syrup
- 1/8 cup Dark Rum
- 1/8 cup Grand Marnier
- Sprinkle Stirling Nutmeg Shakable Topping
- 4 scoops Ice Cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter. Add bananas; once melted add Brown Sugar. Carmalize bananas and once cooked, add Banana Syrup, Rum and Grand Marnier over the bananas. Flambé quickly until all alcohol has evaporated. Serve immediately into 4 bowls with ice cream. Sprinkle with Stirling Cinnamon Shakeable Topping.
