Banana Flambé

Servings 1 Drink


  • 3 Bananas sliced in half lengthwise and cut into thirds
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tbs butter
  • 2 oz Stirling Going Bananas Syrup
  • 1/8 cup Dark Rum
  • 1/8 cup Grand Marnier
  • Sprinkle Stirling Nutmeg Shakable Topping
  • 4 scoops Ice Cream


  • In a large skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter. Add bananas; once melted add Brown Sugar. Carmalize bananas and once cooked, add Banana Syrup, Rum and Grand Marnier over the bananas. Flambé quickly until all alcohol has evaporated. Serve immediately into 4 bowls with ice cream. Sprinkle with Stirling Cinnamon Shakeable Topping.
