Debra’s Cappuccino

Servings 1 drink


  • 1 Espresso Lungo
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/4 tsp. French Vanilla
  • 1 oz. Foamed Milk


  • Combine egg white with vanilla and whisk until it forms soft peaks. Spoon two heaping teaspoons of this combination into a six ounce pre-heated cappuccino cup. Add espresso lungo and top with frothed milk.
