Stirling's Dark Chocolate Sauce is decadent and bold.  It is thick and rich, yet pump-able.  It has a high percentage of cocoa and chocolate making it as pure to melted chocolate as you can get.  Make sure to stir well when using in hot drinks.  Pour a small amount of hot, steamed milk and melt the chocolate sauce before adding the rest of ingredients to your drink.
