Ingredients

• 0.75 oz Yellow Passionfruit syrup
• 0.5 oz Polynesian Pineapple syrup
• 10 oz soda water
• 1 pinch gold EDIBLE luster dust
• Ice

• 1.5 pumps Yellow Passionfruit
• 1 pump Polynesian Pineapple
• 10 oz soda water
• 1 pinch gold EDIBLE luster dust
• Ice

Build

Shake the syrups and dust with ice to bloom the gold, then top with soda. Best in a tall clear glass in the light.

Spike it1.5 oz white rum

Use food-grade luster dust labelled edible, with an ingredient list. Dust sold as "non-toxic" or for craft use is not for drinking. Stir or shake to suspend it — it settles — and keep the drink clear and iced; milk mutes it.
