• 1 oz Old Fashioned Sarsaparilla syrup
• 0.5 oz Classic Vanilla syrup
• 10 oz soda water
• 2 oz cream (or a scoop of vanilla ice cream)
• Ice

• 2 pumps Old Fashioned Sarsaparilla
• 1 pump Classic Vanilla
• 10 oz soda water
• 2 oz cream (or a scoop of vanilla ice cream)
• Ice

Build

Stir syrups into soda over ice, float the cream (or drop the ice cream scoop). An adult root-beer float.

Swap itClassic Vanilla → Butter Rum Batter for a richer float
